Start Management Program @VIAROM Academy
At Viarom we encourage the continuous development of our employees and support them financially to participate in training. Thus, under the aegis of our organisational value „Performance”, the Management Academy@Viarom training programme, organised by the Human Resources Department in collaboration with HPDI, started in September. Our colleagues who hold key managerial positions in the organisation participate in the programme.
A 4-month modular project that covers the following themes: Communication, Time Management, Team Management and Leadership.
